This year Great Britain did not take part in the event as a result of organisational problems. However, their place was filled by 2 teams, Croatia and Estonia.
Participating countries are: Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Hungary, Holland, Croatia, Denmark, Norway, Latvia, Belarus, France and Ukraine.
