The ULEB Cup elimination rounds included Eighth finals 10-17 February 2004, Quarter finals 2-9 March 2004, Semi finals 23-30 March 2004 and the ULEB Cup Final held on 13 April 2004. The winner was Hapoel Jerusalem.
